2. General information on data processing

We only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data regularly takes place only with the consent of the user (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), provided that processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and does not embed external fonts or third-party content that would trigger data transfers to third parties. No user profiles are created. Consent via a cookie banner is therefore not required.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider (currently A1 Telekom Austria AG, Lassallestraße 9, 1020 Vienna, Austria). When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits, including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system used, and referrer URL. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. Processing takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with our hosting provider.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form, email or phone, your details (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, content of your message) are stored by us to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Our contact form sends your details directly via your local email program to our email address; your form entries are not stored on our web server. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

8. Data security

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements, or to reflect changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit. Last updated: July 2026.
