We design your packaging including the label, supply print-ready files with a die line and print the labels in our own production.
On the shelf or in the shipping carton, a package stands on its own. It has to explain what is inside and who it comes from. So the first question is where the pack will be sold and which details need space. The logo comes after that.
We design folding cartons including the label and supply the files so that the printer can work with them: with bleed, a die line or cut contour as a separate spot colour, and colours from your corporate design. The carton itself is made by your printer or your packaging manufacturer; we set up the files according to their die template.
We print and cut labels and packaging stickers ourselves, in Brunn am Gebirge near Vienna. If a label wrinkles on the tin, the question goes straight to the people who designed it. KÖCK-MEDIA was founded in 2017, and our founder has been in the industry for more than 30 years. We ship throughout Austria.

What matters in packaging design.
Packaging is designed on screen but judged in the hand. Typical mistakes: text running into the glue flap, the logo sitting right on the crease. That is why we lay out the design on the die template of the printer doing the job. If you wish, a printed folding mock-up, cut out and folded by hand, shows whether the layout and reading direction work. Better one round of corrections at the start than an expensive reprint at the end.
A sample from our digital print shows size, structure and impact, but not the exact colour of a run from another printer. On smooth glass, clear film with white ink looks as if the packaging were printed directly; on brown cardboard you need white film so the colours hold up. And we state one limit right away: our labels belong on the outside of the packaging. They are not intended for direct contact with food.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you also produce the folding cartons?
No. The cartons are made by your printer or your packaging manufacturer. Labels and packaging stickers, on the other hand, we print ourselves.
Will I see the packaging before the run is printed?
By arrangement, yes; type and cost of the sample are set out in the quote. It does not show the exact colour of the run, which you only see at your printer. You give the print approval.
What do you need from me?
Your logo as a vector file, your printer's die template and the dimensions of the container. If you supply print files for labels yourself, we check them free of charge for format, resolution, bleed, cut line, white layer and print direction. Content and spelling are not part of this check.
Who takes care of the mandatory information?
You supply the mandatory information and its wording. You are also responsible for it. We ask about it early and plan space and legibility from the start. We do not check content or legal compliance.
Can the packaging stickers be peeled off again?
That is your choice: removable if the recipient should be able to open the carton gently, or permanent if the sticker needs to stay. This is no substitute for a tamper-evident seal that shows the pack has been opened. On cardboard, even a removable adhesive often takes the top layer of fibres with it when peeled off.
