FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How much does paint protection film cost?

That depends on the scope: a front package costs considerably less than full coverage, plus vehicle size and disassembly effort. After a short inspection or photos, you receive a no-obligation quote with a clear cost breakdown.

How long does paint protection film last?

High-quality PPF such as the STEK DYNO series is designed for many years and backed by a manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking and delamination. Actual lifespan depends on usage, parking situation and care.

Is the film visible on the paint?

With professional installation, practically not: the film is highly transparent, edges are sealed or wrapped into panel gaps. The gloss and depth of the paint remain — also available as a matte variant.

Can the film handle car washes and pressure washers?

Yes. After the curing period, car washes and hand washing are no problem; with pressure washers, keep some distance from the film edges. Fine wash scratches in the topcoat close by themselves under heat.
